This app will have the purpose of guiding customers of cafes or restaurants in choosing what they would like to order. There are countless times when customers go to these establishments and know what they are looking for, but do not know what on the menu matches the description;. That is the problem this app will aim to solve. This app will allow establishments to have their menu on the app with each item containing a certain amount of points in categories relative to the product (i.e. sweetness level for coffee, calorie preference for food). After the points are assigned to each menu item by the establishment, a QR code will be generated that will allow the customers to scan it and be taken to the survey page. On that survey page, they will be able to answer some questions pertaining to their preferences or what they are looking for in their order. Once the survey is done, a photo of the product with the name and description will be displayed along with the point matchups between the store description and survey responses. In the distant future, a feature will be added that allows the customer to order that specific item online. I chose Flutter to do this due to the reach that the app will have. It can be used on the web for customers doing a one-time thing or downloaded on the app store for establishments setting up a tablet dedicated to figuring out what to order.
